Asked Questions
What ages is Adventure Playground designed for?
Our play space is thoughtfully designed for children ages 0–6, offering safe, age-appropriate zones for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers to explore, climb, imagine and connect.
What if I have children outside the 0–6 age range?
We know many families have older or younger siblings, so we’ve created a comfortable space for them too! Older children are welcome to relax in our café area or designated quiet zone (when available), where they’ll find activities like LEGO sets, coloring pages, books, and creative play materials. While the main play area is designed specifically for ages 0–6, we want everyone in the family to feel included and enjoy their visit.
What is the cost of admission for open play?
For open play sessions, the first child is charged $22. Additional siblings may be admitted at a discounted rate (please refer to our pricing page for the current sibling rate). Two adult caregiver is included with admission; additional adults are $5 each.
How long can we stay during open play?
We offer two flexible open play sessions with no strict time limit — you’re welcome to stay for the full session time.
Do caregivers need to stay with their children?
Yes — Adventure Playground is not a drop-in daycare. We kindly ask that caregivers stay on site and supervise their child(ren) at all times to ensure safety and support a shared family experience.
Do I need to sign a waiver before my visit?
Yes. All guests must complete a waiver prior to entering the play area. You’ll receive a link via email after booking; you may also sign at the front desk upon arrival if needed.
What is your refund / cancellation policy?
All purchases and bookings are final. However, we understand circumstances change — party or event deposits can be credited toward a future booking at Adventure Playground if provided with at least ___ hours advance notice (tie this to your policy).
Can I bring my child if they’re feeling unwell?
For the wellbeing of all our guests, please do not bring children who are visibly ill (fever, vomiting, persistent cough) so that we can maintain a safe and healthy environment for everyone.
Are strollers or bulky items allowed inside the play area?
We ask that bulky items or strollers be left in the vehicle or in our designated collection area if possible, as space inside the play area is limited. Your cooperation helps keep the space safe and accessible for all children.
Is there a changing station available / is the facility family-friendly?
Yes — we have family-friendly restrooms equipped with changing tables. We also offer a small selection of diaper bags and wipes for purchase or use if you happen to forget.
Do you permit food, snacks or drinks in the play area?
Yes — but food & beverages (non-alcoholic) must be consumed in the designated café/snack area. Outside food is not permitted in the play zones. Our café offers pre-packaged snacks, kid-friendly drinks, and coffee for caregivers.
Do you accept cash payments?
Adventure Playground operates as a cash-free facility. We accept credit/debit cards and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay) for all transactions.
